Very nice looking but the anchor fell off

It's quite a nice necklace with a decent build quality except for the fact that recently the anchor of my necklace fell off while I was wearing the necklace and as such lost it.

In this chain there was a twist in the links when opened that cannot be reversed. It is not a total of 72 cm, but a piece of thin cable. The box was already in the fireplace, the receipts too and no sense in all that send back whining for 45, - Is really a waste of money unfortunately
