I received my Ruben Rico bracelet yesterday. I noticed the clasp had a small gap but I thought that was the way it was supposed to be… Turns out it was defective and I lost my bracelet only after a couple of hours of wearing it. I’m very disappointed because I really liked it. For the money I paid, I expected better quality! Luckily I didn’t order the matching necklace too.
