The item was nice but the delivery was terrible.It tooks one month to deliver and without a tracking number.The next time I suppose will be better
The bracelet was a present for my other half and he was delighted with it. Ordering was easy, there were emails updating me on delivery and the bracelet arrived on time. Sadly though the leather became detached from the metal at one end after a few days. An email with photograph to Trendhim was sent, a reply came back within a very short space of time and a replacement sent the next day. No problems with this one so all is great and what fantastic customer service, thank you.
I ordered a bracelet for the first time recently. Unfortunately, after approx 1 week it broke whilst on holiday. On my return, I contacted Trendhim. With no fuss or hesitation, a replacement was sent within the week, with an apology email.
