A few things at my purchase (which I sent back). Love is communication with customers. Fun that someone dares to stand out with a bold language, Also quick to answer me as a customer, as well as delivery. The negative is that I get a bag that is so full of scratch that I do not want to keep it, and when I send it back, I'll pay the shipping. Sure, when I was not dissatisfied with the bag (it was sickly nice), but it was too bad for me to keep it. Something you can press on in your marketing is the fast delivery, and the product is extremely high quality (I realize I received a Monday copy).

That said just the way the picture shows! Both elegance and color. AND learn-smell when an opened package !!! Service top; not least when I wanted to switch.
