Hi, I am Kevin's partner Gilly, who actually purchased this item for him, as a surprise. Originally ordered the wrong size, but that wasn't a problem. Returned it and a replacement was sent immediately by return mail. To say that he was thrilled with it would be an understatement. The quality of the product is excellent and delivery exceptional.
