Brought this for my son's 50th birthday, a bit disappointed that it did not come gift wrapped, but he was highly delighted with it. I did purchase the link tool but it was not needed. I might add my son is 6ft 4ins, so maybe a smaller person may need the adjustment tool.
Bracelet seems to be working wrist pain reducing. Brilliant company to deal with very efficient, had a small problem but sorted politely and efficiently.

Initially apprehensive in ordering as not knowing how long delivery will take which was only a few days to Australia. Product quality is excellent cannot fault at all. Had to get two links removed by local jeweller to suit my skinny wrists which was a quick task. Very, very pleased with the bracelet and can thoroughly recommend.
